I am a master jeweler by trade. I have been in the industry for more than 30 years. Our website… has been online for more than 10 years and we take great pride in our products and customer service.

    I am still waiting for my product to be delivered. I will give Chainz jewellery one more week then I shall make a formal complaint to the consumer affairs office. I have received no response from Chainz jewellery.

    Hi Emma… I do feel for everyone who is having problems with having had purchased vouchers and not receiving the product, not getting a response from repeated emails, and getting the “run around” should they happen to get a response.

    Just today, I spoke with a very nice person who had purchased multiple vouchers through Living Social for watches. They were to be gifts. Nine weeks after using some of the vouchers, she has not received the watches, has not received a reply from numerous emails, and the remaining vouchers do not work.

    It’s been over a month since I ordered my blue leather bohemian watch with a living social voucher. Any update as to when this order should be filled? I understand you’re dealing with many issues regarding orders purchased with living social vouchers but I can’t even obtain tracking information through your automated email response. Do you have any information at all?

    I have tried emailing SEVERAL times over the past almost 2 MONTHS to find out about my order…Can you PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let me know if I will ever receive the products i PURCHASED or I need a REFUND!! You say you have not sold vouchers on Livingsocial then that issue needs to be taken up with them NOT the PAYING customer!!…I paid for the vouchers went through YOUR website to purchase the actual product your website confirmed the purchase…I am ready to contact the BBB.
